Kimberly Duarte is the Program Director at CMDS Residential. Ms. Duarte has been in the health care field for 30 years first as a nurse then in substance abuse as a counselor and as director of an outpatient program in Baltimore city. Kim holds a degree in addictions counseling and is a certified alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Maryland, in addition she has a Master's Degree in social work and is a licensed social worker. Ms. Duarte also holds a post graduate certificate in trauma. "I aim to develop a program that addresses the fundamental needs of individuals facing adversity, and suffering from substance abuse focusing on restoring their sense of dignity and instilling hope for a better future."
